Oats – Porridge

Hi everyone! I hope you have a pleasant morning enjoying your breakfast, which could be more or less “nice”. Have you ever tried oatmeal at breakfast or in general? Well .. it’s great! You know semolina or rice with milk? In my opinion, oatmeal have the same texture and you can enjoy various toppings like fruit or even Nutella! Oatmeal are part of complex carbohydrates long story short, it gives you energy for a longer period of time… by the way, oatmeal is good source of fiber!

Anyway, I recommend this. You can serve it with anything.. I serve it with bananas on top or Nutella sometimes!
