How to be a morning person / Cum sa iti faci diminetile mai placute

EN Mornings can be tough especially if you sleep in and don’t have enough time to get ready. However I have some tips for you that I’m pretty sure they will help you get through the morning, even when you sleep in.

  1. Wake up earlier.Personally, If I have to get up at 7Am I usually wake up at 6Am just to chill in my bed, check social media accounts and drink my coffee at a peaceful pace. This helps me tons get through the day.
  2. Listen to music. If you sleep in. I mean, it happens. Sometimes I sleep in and my 1 hour chill turns into sleep however on my way to where I have to get I put my headphones in and listen to music. A great and free way to boost your endorphines.
  3. Be thankful. This one may seem odd and cheesy but just as it sounds it’s just how it is. I’ve had the chance to have my internship at a hopsital with kids and I’ve seen a homeless little baby that was not able to see nor to hear. It was also feed through a tube. It broke my heart seeing that so if you are stressed because you forgot your headphones home remember you can always be thankful and that will boost your self esteem and endorphines.
  4. Choose your outfit night before. Have you ever sat in front of your closet for 10 minutes straight wondering what you should wear? Yeah. Same. I should get into the habit to choose my outfit night before so I have more chilling time in the morning. Who’s with me?
  5. Plan your day ahead. I’m not saying to plan your day minute by minute. Comfort yourself. Maybe you are heading to a place you really don’t wanna go to like school or work. Tell yourself “After school/work I will sleep for the rest of the day”. It really tricks your brain and gives you motivation to do what you gotta do!

RO Diminetile pot fi dure mai ales daca nu te trezesti la timp deoarece nu mai ai timp sa te pregatesti. Oricum, am cateva sfaturi pentru voi ce sunt sigur ca va vor ajuta sa treceti peste dimineata, chiar daca dormi peste alarma.

  1. Trezeste-te inainte cu o ora. Eu personal, daca trebuie sa ma trezesc la ora 7Am, ma voi trezi la ora 6Am ca sa am timp de chill. Mai un Instagram ,mai un Facebook si o cafeluta. Acest lucru ma ajuta foarte mult.
  2. Asculta muzica. Mai ales daca te-ai trezit prea tarziu si nu ai avut timp sa te pregatesti. Adica, se intampla. Cand dorm peste program si acea ora de chill nu mai exista ascult muzica in drum spre locul unde trebuie sa ajung. O cale frumoasa si gratuita de a obtine endorfine.
  3. Fii multumit. Aceasta poate sa sune vaga si cheesy. Dar cum suna e cum e. Am avut sansa sa am un internship la pediatrie. Am vazut un copil mic, parasit de parinti, fara abilitatea de a vedea iar auzul iar inca nu era clar daca acel copil poate auzi sau nu. Pe langa asta era hranit printr-un tub, nu ca nu putea sa fie hranit normal dar angajatii casei de copii erau prea preocupati de alte lucruri. Presupun. Dar asta e alta poveste. Ideea e, stresul tau sau al meu de dimineata ca ne-am uitat castile pe masa e incomparabil cu acest caz.
  4. Alege outfit-ul de urmatoarea zi cu o seara inainte. Ai stat vreodata in fata dulapului 10 minute intrebandu-te ce sa porti? Da. Si eu. Ar trebui sa incorporez acest lucru in rutina mea, alegerea hainelor de seara ca sa am mai mult chilling time dimineata. Cine e cu mine?
  5. Planuieste-ti ziua. Nu ma refer sa iti planuiesti ziua minut cu minut dar incearca sa te pacalesti pe tine insati ca sa poti obtine motivatie pentru ziua ce urmeaza. Comfort yourself. Spune-ti tie insuti ca vei dormi restul zilei daca faci ce ai de facut azi! Te va ajuta, iti spun eu.
