How To Stay Motivated

Lack of motivation at inopportune times

Why everything that is worth it must have a stressful process? Because otherwise it wouldn’t be worth it. You may start doing something very inspired and motivated but suddenly everything is going downhill… and then out of control.

Here are best 5 tips on getting your stuff together and finish the school work, get your workout in or just anything else you procrastinate with:

That may sound very odd but even if you enjoy what you are doing, you have a limit that you most probably hit. Take a break, go for a walk and let your brain relax. Keep in mind that going on social media may not be a good idea as your brain won’t relax this way!

I feel like everything in this life may be enjoyable if you find a way to approach it. Re-evaluate the way you are plannig to achieve your goals. Make sure you always challenge yourself so you don’t set down and get bored! MAKE IT FUN! Set goals.

You have no idea how much people are influenced by other people in a subconscious way rather than conscious. Energies are epidemic. Make sure you hang out with people who are motivated and inspire you to achieve your dreams!

You may not realize that every step you are take creates that big image you may NOT be thinking about. The process to your goals is like a puzzle. Each day, each piece. Think about it.

You are ready. You have a plan and all. However, you might need some help, an opinion from the outside. Don’t be scared to ask for help. You will most probaly flatter the person you are asking and you will get a feedback that will most probaly help you.

Let me know in the comments below how you help yourself when in that situation.

Take care,

  1. Great advice Vlad! Now if you were here, I’d ask you to help me with setting up my other poetry blog so it looked cool like yours does. My other blog does have issues, such as no “like” button. I like your blogs very much.

        1. You could try playing around in your theme settings. My theme is not premium as yours but when I installed it everything was hectic. I got to fix the size of thumbails, colors and all. About the Like button, don’t know why you don’t have it. As your theme is premium you may have had the option to deactivate it and that option could have been the default.

          1. I’ll try other themes to see if they have a like button. I like the wordpress themes and how wordpress is set up. My other blog is a bluehost site but has wordpress on it. It all confuses me. I might have my husband try to help me if we get time!

    1. I feel like it’s the motivation trifecta. In translation, control what you are doing, find a good purpose and then make progress by setting goals and steps to create the bigger picture.

  2. This was a great post! I noticed that I have done all of these things at one point or another, and it really does help to step back and try each of these things when working toward a goal. Thanks for the post!

  3. Thank you for your post. You have wonderful tips on how to get motivated. Sometimes I have days where I just don’t feel motivated to do anything, but this post helps!

  4. Hey there Vlad, great post here man. If things are way too easy to achieve, it would be boring. We’d have too much certainty in our lives. We need certainty and uncertainty in order to create a solid balance in our lives. I love your tips here. Thanks for sharing! I would also like to add reading more books so that you can train your brain to think more, see more, understand more and believe that you ARE more.

  5. I agree that taking a break for a bit and then starting fresh with a new attitude and outlook helps keep me motivated at work.

  6. One of my biggest tools for staying motivated is to sit and write positive affirmations. Write down at least 3 things you are grateful for or 1 good reason to keep pushing forward, post it where you will see it several times a day. Everytime you pass it, repeat it aloud!
