How To Destroy Yourself

So many people talk about HOW NOT TO destroy yourself and almost nobody talks about the ways you can destroy yourself. I feel like people will never understand what is wrong if you don’t make them see the problem. Everyone tells you to stay positive and blah blah blah. However, what if I tell people HOW TO destroy themselves… maybe they will know what to avoid…?

Here are 8 ways on how to destroy yourself without even trying:

*sarcasm*

—Live in the past

Forget about future. Forget that a new day is a new chance. Live your life thinking about what you’ve done wrong in the past. You can’t do a lot of stuff about the mistakes you’ve done so the best thing to do is feel miserable and think about them. You will feel better.

—Stress about everything

Feeling miserable hasn’t been easier. You just have to stress about everything you can’t control. Stuck in traffic with no service without the ability to check who’s life is better on Facebook? Holy moly you should throw your expensive phone on the window.

—Compare yourself

This is probably the best one. Why not compare your “behind the scenes life” with somebody else’s highlight reel?

I won’t continue because you all know the story.

Hating yourself is a full time job you get no benefits from.

Yes, you are not where you want to be… but maybe you are and you don’t see it? Reality is different from dreams. You might want to do something that seems exciting.. but when you do that thing.. it won’t feel special at all. And you are not alone. The difference between you and the person you admire is that you don’t have such strong abilities to hide your flaws or even embrace them. Confidence is such a strong thing that makes any flaw amazing.

Take care,

  1. Although sometime living is hard, why would anyone in their right mind want to destroy him or herself unless they have no reason to live a happy fruitfull life.
