Why You Should Run More Often

Running is such a great exercise. It’s probably the easiest not to mention how effective it is as well because it uses the whole body. Some people enjoy running on the treadmill but to be honest, whenever I run, I do it because I get to go outside, get some fresh air, take some photos, dress however I want and feel good about myself.

THIS IS HOW WE ROLL!

While you are running, you get the chance to think A LOT, you get the chance to appreciate things in your life… You meditate while boosting the endorphins.

You don’t have to run a marathon.

You can, but you don’t have to. You can just simply walk for 30-60 minutes and you will notice a difference.

It boosts your confidence.

You are moving and you are progressing day by day as well. Endorphins are being released so you will feel overall better about yourself and everything around you.

You can progress.

So many people ran marathons and made a living out from it and guess what? Most of them started running because they enjoyed it and because they kept doing it, they have progressed.

You feel like taking over the world

You are in control when running so it makes you feel like taking over the world. You are listening to the playlist that makes you energetic and even if you are dripping in sweat, you just can’t help it but feel the energy and the power.

Running is just so fantastic. Let me know in the comments if you do run and what made you start. Ps. Remember, you is you, don’t compare your progress to strangers on the Internet.

  1. Running and jogging is very beneficial for the health. Unfortunately, I can’t do it myself for other health factors, so I try to compensate with cardio and gym exercise.

  2. Running is so fun! It’s also very important don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s! Everyone has their own different life experiences.

  3. I love running. I run at least 8km 3 times a week. It just makes me happy and it’s true that you don’t have to start by running a marathon.

  4. 5 years ago I weighed 300 pounds. Since then I have lost 115 pounds and have ran in over 20 5ks and 10ks. I had asthma so bad I couldn’t even walk around the block. Now it doesn’t bother me. I love the healthy way of life that I found in running.
