Each season of the year is special and unique in its own way — but summer though, it’s probably my favorite because that’s when I feel most energized!
Needless to say that summer makes you feel sweaty and gross when out and about but the iced coffee and rooftop restaurants are amazing!
Summer is also great for blogging because it’s supposedly a quiet season so you’re able to sit, think and analyze your blog and photography better 🙂 Aaand you have better chances for pictures because it’s not freezing during the golden hour haha! 🙂
Here’s a Summer to-do list for you (and me):
#1 Go For Long Walks
I personally love going out for walks whether it is during the summer or any other season. During the summer it’s kinda hard to go out and about in between 12am or 4pm, it’s getting toasty out there. So, tonight I’ve walked 14 miles and not only I got to do some exercising but I got some fresh air too!
#2 Go To A Summer Festival
Tis the season for summer festivals! If you want some new vibes in your life – summer festivals are the best place where you can find those! Everywhere you look you see mostly like-minded people you can chat with or you can even have an amazing time with your squad! I’m getting ready to leave for Electric Castle in 2 days so I’m quite excited — I’ll keep you guys updated with posts abut it!
#3 Eat More Fresh
Incorporate more vegetables in your diet. So many people including me can’t cope with huge cooked meals during the summer. Summer has lots of veggies to offer so you can mix up your salad everyday and try new stuff! I’ll try to post some salads recipes as well. Last time I tried – spinach, avocado, tomatoes and an egg 🙂
#4 Rooftop Restaurants
I’m literally scrolling my Facebook feed and I see so many people having a great cocktail or coffee with a view at a rooftop restaurant — and I’m just sitting here jealous living nearby a rooftop restaurant haha! This is a must-do for me this summer! 😉
#5 Clean Your Closet
I opened up my closet just to find so many clothes that I don’t wear anymore — so a little closet declutter was quite amazing! I switched up my winter clothes with my summer clothes and this way I decided what needs to be out. What’s out can either be donated or sold 😉 This way you won’t feel bad for getting new outfits.
